TwoEXtend hits the ground running with its web based proprietary Dealer application.
VAUGHAN - As part of its campaign to deliver integrated solutions to its customer base, TwoEXtend is launching as a web application its Dealer protection plan registration system. The new system known as TwoEXtend Application for Protection Plans (or TAPP) utilizes the latest in secure web technologies including AJAX. The system was developed exclusively for TwoEXtend by third party development company Cargo Cult.
Cargo Cult has also been awarded the contract by TwoEXtend to provide managed services to all of TwoEXtend’s applications. Cargo Cult facilitates this through its association with Micro-line Canada Limited.
Cargo Cult Corporation transcends the dogma of closed source development methodologies, focusing on the use of open source development tools to deliver custom solutions to clients. Cargo Cult Corporation has done work for University of British Columbia, Hughes Information Systems (Los Angeles), Litton Systems Ltd. (Toronto and El Segundo), Northern Telecom, Southam Inc., Manulife Financial, Toronto Stock Exchange, Alias Research, Reuters, CIBC World Markets and Belzberg.

TwoEXtend implements new company website.
VAUGHAN - is excited to announce the launch of the next rendition of its web site that brings into focus the companies three main product offerings: SafeGuard (SG) , SafeGuard Plus (SG +), SafeGuard Plus Renew (SG R) . The website developed by Joey Wargachuck Studios contains easy to navigate features such as file tabs that place information readily into the hands of the user. The web site also advances TwoEXtends vision of bringing its applications for dealers and consumers through the web. With the new design comes an all new Services section that will highlight the work we offer for Dealers and Consumers.
When all components are fully implemented, the site will feature a secure login area to provide consumer electronic Dealers an easy to access application for registering customer warranties. Subsequently, the website will be the main entry point for consumers to utilize in registering their claims for product service. The consumer will have a single secure login point that allows them to see all their SafeGuard Plus and SafeGuard Plus Renew purchased plans regardless of the vendor were the plan was purchased. Consumers will no longer need to find previous contract numbers or receipts as the site will contain a history of their contracts and claims. The ability to select a product for which a protection plan exists will ease the burden of processing a claim as the majority of information is readily available and validated.

TwoEXtend launches an innovative protection plan called Safeguard Renew
VAUGHAN - is excited to announce the launch of SafeGuard Renew (SG R) an innovative protection plan that provide coverage for refurbished computer products, specifically laptops. SafeGuard Renew extends the vendors warranty which is 90 days to one year. Consumers purchasing a refurbished computer product now have the peace of mind that any potential risk of their purchase is now mitigate for a period up to one year. This protection plan is unique to the independent computer dealer network in Canada.

TwoEXtend Incorporated solidifies arrangements with BigTech Incorporated
VAUGHAN – TwoEXtend Incorporated (TwoEXtend) has established an agreement with BigTech Incorporated (BigTech) that will see it TwoEXtend co-locate its offices within the 80,000 square foot facility owned by BigTech Incorporated. The arrangements include utilization of BigTech in expediting repairs to consumer electronic goods that are covered under the various SafeGuard Plan. In addition, TwoEXtend will enter into discussions with to have all its plans underwritten by BigTech. By having BigTech underwriting TwoEXtend’s protection plans, consumers are guaranteed that their purchases of plans will always be fulfilled in the future.
