We also offer a Replacement Plan for those items that are under $300 in cost. Both the Service and Replacement plans are offered under the Safeguard Plus (SG +) product.
FEATURES AVAILABLE IN THIS PROGRAM Surge Protection protects the product from brownouts or spikes. Onsite Services are available for flat panel televisions larger than 30”. Accessory Coverage includes the replacement of defective remote controls.
Blub Replacement Coverage for Projection TVs and Projectors when the original blub fails we will facilitate a replacement. Once the bulb has been replaced no further bulb claims will be accepted. Shipping Plus provides the delivery of a special shipping box and packing materials to the customer that is utilized in the delivery of the product to our repair depots. Depot Drop Off allows customers to get their products to our repair facility eliminating any delays associated with regular pickups or shipping. |
Coverage Period ADD-ON FEATURES Accidental Damage can be added to the plan as a separate coverage when combined with the purchase of a base plan. Accidental damage option is only available for the first year after the manufacturers warranty has ended. Courier Pickup and Drop-off within the GTA to expedite delivery of the product to our nearest repair depot. We understand Customers are dependant on their laptops and with this option the time they spend without the unit is lessened. Priority Repair as an add on option can be invoked to reduce the actual in facility repair time on a unit from 72 hours to 48 hours. Onsite Services as an add on option can be invoked to reduce the
