Safeguard Protection Plan Plus is a customizable offering to Dealers for protection of New consumer products. Dealers utilize a quick and easy web browser application to sell and register service contracts for their customers. The plan leverages TwoEXtend’s extensive knowledge of product reliability, claims management, as well as our expedited repair capabilities through either the Dealer’s own shop or our own 80,000 square foot state of the art facility in Vaughan. Delivering the Program For Your Customers For large retail chains and buying groups we integrate with your existing systems, either in the near real time exchange of information or in a more traditional nightly transfer of data. STANDARD FEATURES IN EVERY PROGRAM Surge Protection protects the product from brownouts or spikes. Contracts are generated at the POS and are customized to the product and particulars of the Dealers plan. Customers can also request that the contract be e-mailed to them for retention. Contract Valet is a customer focused online facility that allows customers to securely login to their account and view the terms and conditions associated with all items containing service contracts they have purchased through our system regardless of the retailer. Refundable to 30 days from the date of purchase of the plan. Depot or Dealer Drop Off to facilitate faster turn around on the repair for the product. Consumers register claim and are provided with a claims authorization and location for drop off and pick up of their product. No Deductibles the cost of the repair (including labour, parts and any shipping) is covered by the program. Your customers do not have any additional financial obligations in getting the item repaired. Guaranteed Turn Around once received at our repair facility the product will be examined and if the part is within our stock will be repaired within seventy two hours and available for pickup. If the part is not available we will contact you in twenty four hours and provide you with an estimate of the repair date. Claims Submission allows customers to directly submit a claim that immediately determines the validity of the claim and if warranted approves it.
