Creative Services

We will produce appropriate collateral in the form of brochures, signs and other materials as part of the program. In conjunction with the client we will explore and discuss the preferred and recommended distribution mechanisms for these collateral materials including central shipping to depots, etc.

Our Creative Services include:

  • Creative Services—copywriting, translation, graphical design development for product inserts, merchandisers, brochures, etc.

  • Print Services—print purchases, finishing, inventory management and distribution, mailing and fulfillment, letter shop services management and quality control

Marketing Channels

Assisted Sales

Our experience, backed by research,  shows that the most effective manner to achieve successful sales of Extended Service Contracts is through direct interaction between sales staff and customers immediately proceeding or in conjunction with the product sale.  Informed and knowledgeable sales staff  that are able to relay information to customers and deal with sales objections immediately and effectively achieve higher close rates.  Sales staff utilizing information on actual costs of typical repairs and case examples are by far more successful in selling Extended Service Contracts.  We facilitate training and provision of materials to support these efforts.
Retail kits are an innovative marketing strategy that TwoEXtend utilizes that is designed to increase extended service contract sales at point-of-sale.  This tangible product combines an extended service contract with accessories that a consumer would typically need when they first purchase a product.  Kits are currently available for printers, notebook computers, PDA’s, digital cameras, and DVD/home theatre.  Kits can be customized for virtually any core product that requires accessories such as cables, adapters, etc. 

Self Serve (Unassisted Sales)

For larger volume distribution clients where the sale of product is unassisted or  where there is no point of sale prompting capability  or no sales culture to support the introduction of an Extended Service Contract program, TwoEXtend utilizes various Sales Merchandisers as a tangible product.   Customers  must be able to purchase the warranty with minimal guidance.  It must be easy for the customer to find the warranty, understand the coverage and be presented with simple pricing options to enable the purchase decision.

Internet
Dealers and vendors who wish to offer the Extended Service Contracts in conjunction with their e-stores and online sales capabilities can do so seamlessly.  We provide specification for the information required to be captured and mechanisms to transfer and validate the sale.

Consulting

TwoEXtend currently facilitates professional services consulting on Extended Service Contracts for clients who have a program as well as those who are looking to establish one.  Those clients who have an existing warranty or Extended Service Contract program and wish to have their program reviewed or audited can benefit by contracting our expertise.   In addition to reviewing your program we can provide guidance on product design, channels, research and techniques (including training, monitoring, sales strategies).

Research will continue to be one of our priorities as we identify new products—whether it is the underserved middle market, seniors, generation X or the affluent baby boomers, or other segments that are of interest to your business.

TwoEXtend’s research includes conducting “focus groups” with our customer service representatives, listening to comments and requests that they hear daily from a variety of customers. Similarly, we conduct “focus groups” with all of our telemarketing agency representatives to hear again, firsthand comments from customers.
